Full Moon wo Sagashite is an anime and manga by an artist named Arina Tanemura. She does amazing art, and Full Moon is one of my favorites from her. I recommend that you watch AND read it. They both have basically the same story line, but they are not exactly the same and are amazing in their own way.
In the anime, there are AMAZINGGG songs! The songs are just beautiful~ XD and you should most definitely check them out!
